Location brilliant but needs updating

Pros: Location to seafront was excellent. Single beds were comfortable. Parking available in apartment building with lift access from car park to all floors. Cons: No kettle, very limited amounts of cookware, cutlery and glasses. Toaster very unusual. Never seen one like it before 😂 but it worked. Shower didn’t work (main reason why I choose this apartment because my mother has arthritis) and when I contacted the key holder, they could not help so had to use the one over the bath which my mother had difficulty getting in.
