Pros: We liked the location, the food was excellent Cons: We had been at a family funeral and arrived back to the hotel at 19:30: we went to change and came back to order food we asked if we could order at 19:49 and were told we were too late even though food was still being brought out and desserts were being ordered we found this unacceptable even though we explained we had been at a family funeral they were totally not interested with this being the case we will not stay again and will inform family and friends never to use this hotel

Cons: We were put in a room overlooking an active demolition site. Which was unbearably noisy. Despite talking to a member of staff a day prior to arrival, this was not mentioned. And no information on their website. As we had 2 dogs with us we needed to be out of the room from 8am to 5:30pm to escape the noise. We couldn’t keep the window closed as it was so warm. Thus a very stressful couple of days. We sent 2 emails to t
