Wouldn’t stay here again. Staff were friendly but hotel in need of some serious revamp and kept clean.
Pros: Staff were very friendly. Cons: Very dated old fashioned room . Bed was hard the room was big but hard to get ready in due to limited plug sockets and mirrors, dressing tables very low. Sink in bathroom was letting off a nasty smell of sewers every time we used. Room looked grubby and it wasn’t overly clean defiantly was not worth the money we paid.

Bristol break
Pros: Hotel situated within walking distance of Clifton village, suspension bridge , the city centre and the harbourside. The staff were wonderful and the room was very nice . Cons: Didn't like having to pay to park in the hotels own car park , I would rather they put the hotel charge up and include the cost of parking . Breakfast was good but both days we were there the bacon was overcooked.
