Cons: They said the property was unavailable last minute, replacement was horrible. Reservation team went back on their word

Good place

Pros: Position. Cleanliness. Cons: Missing AC. This summer was really hot

Pros: Amazing apartment, so clean and comfy, easy to get into and quiet Cons: Check in was at 4, could have been earlier x

Terrible communication, money hungry, and a bed that is broken and uncomfortable.

Pros: The location was okay. Cons: Poor instructions on how to enter the property. Bed was a full size, not a queen. The bed was also broken, causing a slope in half of the bed. Money hungry. The room was ready, but they requested £60 if I wanted to check in early. Check out late was also an additional £60. I would avoid this place if I could choose again.

Pros: Hermoso tamaño, hermosa zona cerca de victoria st, amoblamiento bastante completo, muy cómodo! Cons: De momentos fue un poco complicada la comunicación con el personal al yo no saber inglés y ser mi primer gran viaje
