Pros: 1) Staff was very cooperative, excellent front office staff, very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi when requested. I needed to change the room, which they did immediately. I needed an iron and ironing board, they provided it immediately. Even the housekeeping staff were cooperative and greeted all guests. I was happy to stay at this hotel. Cons: The cooperative staff at the front office. Excellent service. Helpful.
