Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Hamburg Hauptbahnhof

Pros: Located right at the main train station Cons: No air conditioning, few amenities, very basic breakfast. Unfriendly reception staff

Pros: Spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed, all amenities Cons: The location is not the best but it is close to the station

Expensive hotel close to the station

Pros: Great location close to the station Cons: The safe in the room was not working. Reported twice but not repaired. Price is quite high

Pros: The rooms are nice Cons: The cleanliness of the rooms did not meet my standards. Dust was not removed from all surfaces, so you find things quite dusty. The room did not smell very good when we entered.

Happy.

Pros: 1) Staff was very cooperative, excellent front office staff, very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi when requested. I needed to change the room, which they did immediately. I needed an iron and ironing board, they provided it immediately. Even the housekeeping staff were cooperative and greeted all guests. I was happy to stay at this hotel. Cons: The cooperative staff at the front office. Excellent service. Helpful.
