Not the best city view in a city view room.
Arrived late due to travel delays. Was able to have room service first night. Limited menu but nice. Had reserved City View room, see pictures for view advertised vs actual view. Room was nice and clean but as stay progressed housekeeping did not remove trash, replace water cups or restock mini bar. Never repaired latch on door as requested. Asked to replace dirty towels and bathrobes on 3rd day by putting in tub per instructional card. They just rehung the same dirty robes. Replaced only half the towels. While the hotel is further from the city it is nice and quiet. But honestly maybe not wor
