Pros: Nothing Cons: They extra charged for breakfast. We were never told we have to pay extra before. We ate. Then they came up with stories that there was only one person on the reservation. After charging 400$ a night. Very cheap hotel. The Marriott next door is way better

I liked it .
Pros: The room was impeccably clean and well maintained. The balcony bar and restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in Nairobi. It never disappoints. The Italian restaurant was exceptional. Everything was beautifully done and genuinely exceeded my expectations. The Kenyan breakfast and room service were both amazing.Great quality and consistently well executed. Cons: Two things I disliked: The Arabian restaurant didn’t meet my expectations at all and I honestly felt scammed. It didn’t feel like Kempinski but I’m glad I tried it so I don’t have to return
