A slightly odd stay, the resort had potential but seemed a bit neglected. The hotel itself was behind a factory for bottled water, further up into the resort was pretty. There was nobody on reception when we got there, another couple were waiting too, they’d tried phoning, social media, email and no answer. I decided to wander off, asked in a bar and they directed me to a different reception in a different hotel. I messaged my partner and the other couple came up too. This would be easily solved with a sign on the desk saying to go to the other reception 5 mins walk away. The room itself was n

The staff were absolutely Amazing and extremely accommodating
The staff were absolutely Amazing and extremely accommodating. We even got the pleasure of meeting the owner who was spectacular. They made our stay so great. The only downside was transportation. It was hard to get an uber/taxi in this area and very limited dining options.

Boring resort.
The room was fantastic, clinically clean & fresh! What significantly lowers the rating is that the spa is not included in the price, the reception was not manned 24/7 (you had to go to another building). The English & understanding were really poor, it was difficult to communicate & make oneself understood at all times. This applied to the entire area. The bathroom drain smelled. There was no opportunity to buy snacks, water, or similar in the hotel area. I checked in just after lunch had closed & missed it & had to wait until the restaurant reopened at 19:30. After a long journey, I was glad
