Decent, good value for money.

Pros: Decent for what we paid for. Cons: Could have given two more bath towels we only had one. We were three in a family room.

Cons: La camera in cui ci hanno inizialmente accolto puzzava di fritto veramente insostenibile. Dopodiché, dopo esserci lamentati ci hanno cambiato camera ed era un po’ meglio effettivamente. Le camere sono senza aria condizionata entrambe quindi bisogna essere fortunati di mandare in un periodo che c’è caldo che per un quattro selle oggi è assurdo non avere l’aria condizionata la moquettes in corridoio aveva delle macchie di sporcizia. Insomma, per un quattro stelle ci aspettavamo molto molto di più, non sicuramente a livello delle stelle che ha.

Overheated Rooms and Underwhelming Service

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room temperature was comparable to a sauna, and the small, underpowered fan provided did nothing to reduce the excessive heat. When we requested an additional fan at reception, we were assured one would be brought to our room. After 30 minutes, nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, the same staff member informed us that no additional fans were available — with no effort made to update us in the meantime. We then asked to speak to the manager.
