Not as Good as Last Year.

Pros: Starbucks. Cons: Thumping noise and loud music from the gym. Noise from next room. A bit dirty

Premier Inn loses my Custom, forever. The Village Hotel wins my custom for future stays

Pros: Warm, genuine welcome after being dropped off by an equally very helpful Taxi driver called Ali. He recommended one of the many Burgers, which was very good with Sweet Potato Fries. The staff, without exception, were very polite and helpful. Easy access to Southampton Airport, plenty of Parking, Electric Car charging points, Use of Pool and Gym, Good facilities in the room, Ironing board and Iron provided, Tea, Coffee, phone charging points...everything was spot on. Big thank you to all the Staff that assisted to make my stay great. Cons: Being let down by Premier booking line. 18minutes

Is a very good place to stay and relax

Pros: I really like and enjoy the breakfast arrangement and certain also the swimming and gym are top Cons: Pool, gym, and restaurant

Was OK self signed in so no staff

Pros: I was with a female work colleague both of us didn't like the fact the glass was clear to look in the bathroom. I went out the room in the end. Found that weird. Cons: Clear bathroom glass just put some film over it
