It was OK and convenient even though there were some hitches.
Pros: It was clean, the room was spacious and the location was good for the bus, tram and metro. Generally quite and a developing part of the city. Cons: Some staff were not kind to us when we asked for basic needs such as single-use slippers, a sponge (they gave us only 1 sponge for a 2-person reservation), and a blanket. When they didn't help with our requests, they reacted as if we were asking for too much. That's not what a four-star hotel should do. And you should be careful about eating what they leave in the room because they charge you for it; it's their “room cafe”. The blanket cover
