Vincci Capitol

I have visited this hotel repeatedly over the past few years, and I will come again.

Pros: The location and staff are all excellent or good. Cons: The hotel's mindset and attitude regarding certain trivial matters are surprising. For instance, simply placing a few bottles of drinking water in the room each day would prevent guests from having to carry water bottles around and into the elevators. The cost of the water allocated per room daily is less than two euros, yet it could generate highly valuable feedback for the hotel.

الموقع ممتاز ولكن لا اكرر الزيارة

Pros: الموقع فقط موظفو الاستقبال خدومين خصوصا المرظفة كينزا Cons: النظافة متأخرة وغير جيدة .. عدم توفير عدد كافي من المناديل في حال حاجتنا . اصوات في دورة المياة عند استخدام الغرف المجاورة للحمام نسمع اصوات المواسير بشكل مزعج ومتكرر . اصوات اغلاق الابواب في نفس الممر مزعجة ومسموعة بكثرة اصوات خارجية مزعجة جدا

Bien pero mejorable

Pros: Centrico, buen desayuno Cons: Tardaran tanto tiempo en dar la habitación puesto que desde las 12 que es el check out hasta las 15 que es el check in deberían estar las habitaciones hechas y no a las 16 de la tarde que nos daban las llaves.

Pros: Very expensive Cons: Very expensive, I’m very poor
