The perfect stay in a lovely hotel with brilliant staff

Pros: Great staff. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar upstairs... everything was done very well and with a smile. Thank you. The room was excellent. A good design, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was brilliant. We slept very well. The bathroom was very good too, with plenty of space and a nice rain shower. The breakfast was delicious. A varied menu and great service. We really appreciated the breakfast being available till quite late in the day. The location couldn't be any better. We'd love to come back. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: O conforto, limpeza, cheiro bom, cama excelente, chuveiro muito bom. Design, vista maravilhosa. Roupas de cama, travesseiros muito bons. Amenites muito bons. Cons: Talvez a falta de um balcão de apoio no banheiro.

Very good

Pros: Breakfast superb and some of the waiters were fantastic with a smile. Friendly and service minded people behind the registration desk. Friendly and good people behind the roof bar. Room was good. Cons: Some of the waiters were less friendly without a smile. One of them firstly registered a guest for the breakfast and then she jumped over to the next guest and showed that guest a table in another room. The first guest was still standing waiting to be seated and served.

Pros: Good location, close to metro and walking distance to galleries. The reception helped us to move room after the first night - we were in a room overlooking the Gran Via and the road noise stopped me from sleeping, but they allowed us to move to a room with a window to the internal courtyard. Roof top bar was very cool. Cons: Breakfast was served 'a la carte' but there were not enough staff. Getting refills of drinks or additional food items was difficult. Not a relaxing experience. The first bedroom we were given was very noisy.

Pros: Bardzo ładny wystrój, przestronna łazienka. Cons: głośno w pokoju. Wszystko bardzo słychać zarówno z ulicy Gran Via jak i z korytarza. Brak mleka do kawy
