David and Lucy are wonderful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed their warm hospitality.
Pros: Beautiful presented and comfortable. Cons: Nothing
Great for a short stay
Pros: Location was perfect for what we needed. Room was comfortable, clean and a good shower. Cons: Room was up a metal spiral staircase which was challenging when carrying small cases, especially in the rain. There was no wardrobe or clothes hanging space which was a setback as we were going to a wedding.
Lovely place to stay. A lovely warm and the hosts were very friendly!
No cooked breakfast.
Pros: It was quite at night so a good sleep was possible. The shower was fantastic and so was the shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Plenty of green credentials if you like that sort of thing. Cons: The toilet paper didn’t have a toilet roll holder, it rested on top of the rubbish bin in the toilet area. No TV in the room which was a first for us. The most amazing part of this stay was the breakfast, No English breakfast. Nothing of a savoury nature was available, no ham or cheese. That’s never happened before either. It was much more a pottery business than a B&B Would I go back there, no
