Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I haven’t encountered service this poor and slow in a hotel of this supposed standard for a very long time. Everything takes an unreasonable amount of time. I waited 45 minutes for a toothbrush, despite being told it would take 10 minutes. Even something as simple as ordering a coffee takes at least 30 minutes. The overall level of service is simply not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The value for money is also very disappointing. In my opinion, this is a decent four-star hotel at best, certainly not a five-star experience. There is no spa a

Pros: We have stayed there before and it’s gotten better than the last time, we had a junior suite and it was perfect Cons: No complaints
