Great experience in Nashville with Virgin. My only issue was the pool. As a first-time guest, I did not know you really need a reservation for any of the couches. Wasn't a problem in the end, fortunately, it was warm enough to just stay in the pool the entire time. Bar and restaurant staff at all spots were very good.

Best hotel I've stayed at so far. Great rooms that look really nice, great food and drinks. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wish there were more hotels like this.
Great location - Nashville
Virgin Hotel- Nashville. Great hotel and location. Lots to do at the property. The bar and coffee bar are terrific. The only complaint is the lack of shelves and/or drawers. We couldn't fully unpack from our luggage because there wasn't anywhere to put clothing.
Just ok
I was there for 2 nights. The hotel itself is very nice, but the front desk should point out things a bit more. I did not realize that I had to request cleaning. When I came back to the room in the evening, it was just as I left it. Kept calling the front desk for at least an hour hoping I could get clean towels but no one answered. Did not feel like going downstairs so didn't have much choice but to use what I had.
