We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though my English isn’t very good, we had no problems communicating. The hotel is modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only things I would improve are adding more space to hang wet towels and making the air conditioning a bit more effective, as it struggled to cool the room during the very hot days. The location was good as well. The nearest public transport stop is about a 5–7 minute walk aw

Pros: Our stay was wonderful —beyond expectations. The room was super nice, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly. A special mention goes to Pedro at reception, who helped us with directions to the tourist areas in Brussels. Every day, he drew very clear metro routes on Post-it notes to help us reach our destinations. Thank you, Pedro! 😊 Cons: N/A
