Lovely staff & amazing location
Pros: The reception staff were so wonderful and lovely and made our little baby and us feel so welcome. Beds were super comfy and rooms really big, amazing that it’s next to winter gardens! Cons: The swimming pool needs a bit of a revamp
Great 1 night stay
Pros: Had a great 1 night stay, with friendly staff, easy check in, great city location, really good buffet breakfast & quiet interconnecting rooms with air con. Cons: Tv in one of the rooms didnt work properly & one of the mattresses was saggy, both of which reported to reception, but these didnt spoil our 1 night stay.

Comfortable stay, in a good location, with a nice spa
This place is very comfortable and has a great location right in the centre of the city. There is a spa on site which is included in the price and a great way to spend an hour or so at the end of a busy day.
