Disappointed in many ways.

Pros: City centre location Cons: Only after booking the room were we told that due to refurbishment the restaurant was closed so breakfast was at a neighbouring restaurant. Got wet walking there, it was chaotic & staff unhelpful. Spa facilities were old & dreadful.

Pros: Location and quality Cons: Some sort of animation weekend in hotel with photographers blocking entrance and reception/bar area,just unfortunate timing for us with booking that weekend

Good for the most part but we were really disappointed that our request was not accommodated

Pros: Location was great and breakfast was great. Cons: Asked repeatedly for both rooms to be made twin beds. Only one was. 425 was never set up as requested. I requested this at booking and via email during the week before coming, and I received a message back to comb form both rooms would be made up as twins. I repeatedly asked whilst there and we were told three times it would be sorted and it was not.
