A well presented hotel with very helpful staff in a great location for the Millenium Centre.
Pros: The hotel was really clean and well maintained. All staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. Our room overlooked the bay which was an added bonus. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice for all. Cons: My only very minor complaint was the noise from the air conditioning.

Great hotel for a Cardiff getaway
Pros: Great location, amazing staff, and superb view of the city from the room. The spa is a nice plus. Cons: The bathroom could benefit from a bit of an upgrade. There is parking around the hotel but it is it free for the hotel patrons. That’s a little annoying.
Perfect stay
It was the perfect location for us and our wedding venue. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The stay was wonderful and quite enjoyable.
Cons: The only minor detail is the rooms are showing age and wear a little bit.
