Wouldnt stay again
Pros: Good location in Solihull, central but quieter than staying closer to touchwood. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Cons: An intruder entered our room at 11:30pm on Saturday night. The way the family room was laid out meant the adult bed was not in sight of the door, and the kids were right in front of the door. We didn’t see who it was and complained. We were assured it couldn’t have been another guest but it still didn’t fill us with confidence that it was just a mistake. We were spooked by this especially as the kids were close to the door and didn’t rest much afterwards. We comp
