Birthday Celebrations
Lovely hotel with wonderful rooms. Some great sea views, attention to detail with decor.
If we were being really picky the bathroom would benefit from under floor heating but as I said this is a luxury.
Very reasonable room rates too.
The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. They arranged for a birthday cake to be left in the room for the birthday guest. They organised taxis for our guests and sorted a minor issue with parking.
Breakfast is very good, eggs cooked to order and lots of choice.

Encantador hotel con habitaciones maravillosas. Algunas excelentes vistas al mar, atención al detalle con la decoración. Si fuéramos realmente quisquillosos, el baño se beneficiaría de calefacción por suelo radiante, pero como dije, esto es un lujo. Tarifas de habitaciones muy razonables también. El personal fue fantástico, muy servicial y atento. Organizaron que se dejara un pastel de cumpleaños en la habitación para el invitado de cumpleaños. Organizaron taxis para nuestros invitados y solucionaron un problema menor con el estacionamiento. El desayuno es muy bueno, los huevos cocinados a ped

Great place to stay
Great hotel for a visit to Folkestone. Located right on sea front but close to town centre. Very friendly staff. We booked a dog friendly room and we were pleasantly surprised to find dog bowls and a bed. Good move. The hotel decor looked like it was recently modernised and our bathroom was super. We had breakfast there, fabulous choice, delicious food and great service. There was also a smart restaurant but we ate out to meet friends. We would return there on our next visit.
Beware the many staircases and lifts! Easy to get disoriented whilst moving between floors.
