Pros: Prima locatie, erg centraal gelegen om de stad te verkennen. Cons: Kleine kamer, lang wachten op lift

Struggling with the elevators and being overcharged
Pros: Excellent location, good overall facilities. Cons: Elevator capacity is insufficient simply. There are 2 small lifts for 2000 people in peak, so you have to wait 15-20 minutes sometimes to get in. Also they’ve overcharged us with more than 1k USD and never came back to us with any kind of resolution despite all the promises.

Nice location, nice staff, everything else is just oay-ish.
Pros: The location is great, staff is nice. Cons: We booked one room for 6 days for the four of us. I don’t know how can they sell this room for four persons, there were two double beds, but that s it. There was no drawer or wardrobe for any of our clothes, so we needed to keep our luggages open and jump over them in the room. i would definitely not recommend this size of rooms to offer for families. Other points: there was no cleaning done other than the bedsheets daily, except when they forgot about us. Wifi did not work in our room. There are two elevators in the whole building, so it takes

Pros: Posizione buona, vicina a tutto, la colazione seppur su ordinazione, è più che sufficiente per sfamare chiunque, abbondante. Cons: Aggiungerei qualche punto in più per appendere i vestiti, soprattutto se la stanza ha due letti per quattro persone
