Staff, they were truly kind and nice. Besides they speak English and Spanish so it was easy for me to communicate with them, they made it easy.

A perfectly magical stay.

Pros: A perfect location for exploring Amsterdam and getting to other places like Haarlem. The bed was perfection and the room really kept out any noise from outside. I had absolutely wonderful sleep for my whole stay. The rooftop sauna and hot tubs were a fantastic bonus. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. It was a truly magical stay! Cons: The hotel was perfect and because the metro was literally outside the hotel I felt super safe travelling alone in the dark. There were a few ‘characters’ hanging around on the streets outside but as long as you are sensible I don’t think they

Pros: The view from the room is very pleasant and without opposite. Excellent soundproofing. Impeccable cleanliness. The restaurant and rooftop jacuzzis add to the quality of this hotel. Nice atmosphere for families or not. It's worth being a bit off-center. The price is also up to par. Cons: A slightly high price. There were 2 missing stools for the 4-person room and additional pillows. A kettle for morning tea/coffee would have been a nice little extra.
