La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de metro y cerca de La Castellana. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y muy limpias. Todo muy nuevo. El trato del personal todo muy rápido todo y muy amables. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, por poner una pega, una de las habitaciones tenía el desayuno incluido al ser suite y la otra no, y me pareció un poco caro 19 euros por persona, aunque es más o menos el precio habitual en hoteles. Por lo demás, todo genial, seguro que repetimos en nuestra próxima visita.

Pros: Absolutamente todo! Ubicación, precio, calidad, las habitaciones una maravilla y el personal muy atento en todo. Además el hotel es una preciosidad

La habitación del hotel muy cómoda, perfectamente aislada y con todo lo necesario. El personal del hotel muy amable. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes del check-in y después del check-out para poder visitar algo más de la ciudad. La estación de metro a menos de 100 metros del hotel para moverse rápidamente por Madrid.
