Pros: staff were amazing, thank you Cons: washing machine was a little harsh on clothes but it is an added bonus so can't really complain

Overall good value, but not the best.

Pros: Good value for money, great location. Room was spacious and overall confortable. Cons: Strange smell on our floor. The shower drain was broken, as well as the armchair. Staff burst into our room after only knocking one time and then walking in because someone before us had left their washing behind. I found it very strange that they didn't check this before checking us in, or try to call us on the room phone or my phone number that they had on file. Total breech of privacy, we were quite unsettled by this.

Pros: Location is great for quick travel around the CBD Cons: Not the cleanest and some issues with room being ready on time and amenities
