Pros: Perfect room for with children
Pros: Perfect room for with children. Children could sleep downstairs and we as parents could sleep upstairs. Cons: Definitely not dirty! But the bathroom could use some renovation.

a good location from which you can explore the city
Pros: Friendly staff and helped you with all questions. Parking in the garage was also nice. Breakfast had enough choice and also nice to be able to get coffee or tea at the reception in the evening. Cons: Unfortunately, we found the mattress too hard. We also had a lot of noise from outside and from the neighbors. Rooms are noisy. Also, due to roadworks at the front, the hotel was poorly accessible. You couldn't make tea at breakfast. Had to look for a kettle or used the kettle at the reception. This can definitely be improved.
