I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. When we visited the facility the next morning, the receptionist was arrogant and did not apologize for not answering the phone. I want my room rate back.
