Warm welcoming
This will be my second consecutive month staying at the W Hotel, and I am planning to return for a third month next month. Thanks to Team Leader MEW at the Welcome Desk, who always greets me with a warm smile, my stays have been wonderful. She is always so friendly and has taken great care of all my room requests. The rooms at the W Hotel are very clean and have a good sense of space. The restaurant staff are very friendly and proactive. Special mention to staff member Dodo, who makes every effort to communicate in the language guests are familiar with. He is warm and friendly, remembers each guest’s dietary preferences, and provides excellent service. Every guest feels completely at ease and happy. Meeting him in the morning makes for a wonderful start to the day.
Exceptional Hospitality from Pangpond!
Pangpond made our first visit to Bangkok truly special. Traveling from San Francisco with my family, we received such a warm welcome at W Bangkok. Pangpond was incredibly kind and attentive, and even went above and beyond to help us secure a reservation at one of Bangkok’s busy restaurants. As someone who works in Marriott hotel operations, I truly appreciate genuine hospitality when I experience it. Pangpond made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.
