Pros: El hotel es precioso, buenas instalaciones. Cons: La primera noche pasamos una noche horrible, gente gritando en la habitación de al lado, nadie subió para controlarlo. Al dia siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación

Terrible experience. They attract by the appearance but don't care about the clients

Pros: If you go to Barcelona do not stay in this place. Overall experience was terrible. Staff badly prepared, with lack of training. Everything we ordered took a long time to get. Ordered 2 cokes at the room and took 40 minutes. Asked extra towels and they delivered in the following day!!!! Breakfast crowded and waiters took so long to serve. Cons: I won't stay there anymore and do not recommend.
