Second to None! We needed a base in Downtown Bellevue for our family to stay for a couple of nights and this place was perfect! We booked the place and mentioned a medical appointment one of us needed to attend nearby and they called to ask if we had any special needs before we checked in but I missed it. When we checked in, they graciously welcomed us and asked a few questions about the person and what they liked (hobbies, food, etc.) - and the next day we got a knock and there standing in front of me were two hotel staff at our door bearing hot cookies, chocolates, and milk for our kids with

The front desk staff made the stay even better

Pros: The location was convenient and the room was clean. Cons: I couldn’t order in room service from the civility and unrest menu

Pros: the view was spectacular once i switched rooms and got a view of the lake, mountains and seattle, The other side is very underwhelming and i would have been very disappointed had I not been able to switch rooms. Room service and engineering staff were top notch. Big shout out to Lieng in engineering! and thanks to Bea or B who helped me switched rooms. also It's ridiculous to pay $450 a night for a room and be charged for internet. Cons: the storage needs to be overhauled as there are two closets with no shelves or a bar for hanging clothes. so it's basically useless except for luggage s
