We had a wonderful stay, the staff were absolutely exceptional, very polite and very helpful
Pros: Location was excellent, the staff were exceptional. Attention to detail was very good from the staff. The hotel was comfortable and clean Cons: I felt the room was disappointing, as we paid a huge amount for a suit, I was slightly disappointed by the room we received. In the spa there was no access to cold water!! Everything in the hotel was very expensive.
