Elegant hotel with absolutely nice and friendly staff

Pros: I liked the property and the location. Looked posh and elegant. The staff was very helpful. There was a slight glitch in my room and they quickly compensated me with a waiver of some bills from the room. I did not ask for that but that felt great and also they fixed the issue. The bar/restaurant is closed at 10pm and that was a turn off. I hope they keep it open till late. Facilities were great. The staff helped me with my transportation as well for my onward journey to Tennessee. They had a small but a beautiful garden which made our photos look good :) Cons: Restaurant/bar early closur

Pros: Very great hotel. Felt homely. Nice, peaceful and clean. Great food and friendly staff Cons: Nothing. Loved everything about the hotel

I checked into the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta and after 3 hours sent this text message to my husband: “I finally found my favorite hotel in the USA”. He certainly was surprised by this message because it only took me 30 years of travel to say it. I’ve stayed in hundred of hotels, and have several that I like and visit often. This hotel is special.
