It was pleasant, a good experience.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, and in New York, it's not taken for granted. The room is comfortable. Cons: I asked for an accessible room so that the bathroom would be larger. It was large but not convenient. The shower curtain was short and all the water flowed outside the shower area. There was only a sink and a small shelf, not enough to put toiletries for two people. If they had told me before handing over the room, I would have asked to change it.

Cons: As a hospitality professional, I would like to share some constructive feedback about our stay. Overall, we were satisfied, and we understand that New York hotels are expensive in August. However, paying nearly $2,000 for two rooms for two nights felt excessive considering the small size of the rooms, their general wear and tear, and several items not working properly. Our main concern was the service. With one or two exceptions, the staff seemed tense, unsmiling and not particularly welcoming or helpful. At this price level, guests should expect a warmer and more attentive experience. I
