Great location, wonderful staff, great design details
Pros: The staff - especially Landon, and Edward- they are superstars!- everyone was responsive, polite, cheerful and had the most welcoming and accommodating demeanors. The room I was in had a great view looking north of the city. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. The design of the lobby, restaurant felt current without feeling like a fad. Cons: That I wasn't able to check out their roof bar!

Pros: It was clean and comfortable Cons: There was quite a bit of street noise on the 4th floor and it is definitely more of a canal Street vibe and less Tribeca.

Perfect place for a short stay. Very young/vibrant vibe
Pros: Staff was amazing, from the warm welcome to the fast and easy check in. Cons: Room was a bit small, but I was expecting that since it was clear in the sizing when booking.
