Pros: Not much! Cons: Too many large tour groups - crowded foyer, too loud and staff were bland and not very helpful. After4 weeks in Switzerland this was sooo disappointing!

Correct but not great

Pros: The staff is professional and kind. The facilities and rooms are clean Cons: the hotel is old, you have the feeling it has been slightly facelifted but the bathrooms, lobby, lifts etc are from the 80's and really outdated. My room was composed of 2 single beds instead of a queen or king bed and when I called the front desk to complain nobody answered...

Pros: Hôtel très proche de la gare et des transports en commun. Excellent petit déjeuner : choix et qualité. Cons: Douche interdite (âge oblige), nous avons demandé une des rares (dixit la réception) chambre avec douche : la 601. Tout y était réduit (sauf le prix) : la porte et le couloir vraiment étroits, la taille de la chambre (à peine 15 m2 contre les 20 attendus), la tablette, l'espace entre le lit et le placard-penderie ; rien pour poser la valise, un seul siège. Perfect Place to Stay

Pros: Traveling by train, the location was perfect for us. Its location is surprisingly perfect for those visiting Historic Geneva, the lakefront, or those doing business. It is quiet, as well. The front desk staff made check-in and check-out simple. The spacious room was well decorated, clean, and included a refrigerator, a safe, and water/tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets to charge your phones, etc. On Sunday, breakfast met lunch as the restaurant served a lovely brunch perfect for any guest.
