Pros: The room is very cold
Pros: The room is very cold. The location is close to everything esp. 9 minute walk to Buckingham palace. Less than 5 minutes walk to hop on hop off buses station. The bathroom has heated floors and towel rack. The staff are really great. Goes above and beyond. HANAD is awesome. He weighed and carried all our heavy luggages.. breakfast is normal. Cons: The fact that they make you wait until 3pm to check in

Pros: Its strategic location, distinctive site, and new room decorations Cons: I was placed in a room next to the annoying elevator and was not informed by the hotel about this, as the noises throughout the day did not stop. You can imagine the annoyance with everyone using the elevator. Initially, when I informed the receptionist about the noises or if there were any construction works in the hotel, he just answered no and did not inform me that I was next to the elevator. When the noises and annoyance increased during the weekend due to the frequent use of the elevator, I asked them if my ro
