Gym membership
I recently renewed my membership at Waterside and was lucky enough to be served by Calum - what a very personable and professional young man. He makes visiting the club a positive and enjoyable experience.

Good value hotel in convenient location
After a slightly bumpy start (room not ready until 45 minutes after check-in time; access to pool tricky on first day because of maintenance on the usual access stairs and involved lengthy trek through unsigned corridors and across multiple gym areas; ceiling lights stopped working in room and corridor at 12.30 a.m. but maintenance team were onto it first thing and had it sorted by mid-morning), things rapidly improved by day 2. Food was good and a very reasonable price, leisure facilities were great (25 metre pool) and the staff were friendly, efficient and obliging throughout. Good value hot

What a lovely friendly place - excellent facilities and such friendly, capable and helpful service - MJ in particular went out of his way to help me - greatly appreciated.

Medical emergency but hotel amazing
My boyfriend had a medical emergency and the hotel were amazing. Everyone working was so helpful and kind. I cannot give them a better review they were absolutely perfect. They also gave us some vouchers and helped with the room. Katherine and Mark were specifically wonderful but everyone was so amazing. I cannot thank them enough. Also the rooms are so comfy it was so lovely when we got back from the hospital to rest and recover and the food was wonderful. 10/10 cannot thank them enough for helping us in a very scary moment. (He’s also fine now don’t worry)
