Pros: OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL CARRYING BAGS TO ROOM. WHICH WAS GREAT. SORTED OUT PROBLEM WITH T.V QUICKLY.VERY HELPFUL WITH INFORMATION ON WHERE TO EAT . ALSO HELPED WHEN I NEEDED TO BE OUT EARLY TO ARRANGE FOR CARS NOT TO BLOCK ME IN WHICH WAS GREAT.VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. Cons: NOTHING
