Pros: Friendly staff, facility equipped with a gym and a beautiful rooftop pool. We had dinner one evening at their restaurant and it was good at equally good prices. Cons: Upon our arrival, the room we were assigned was full of humidity and smelled so bad that we asked for a change. The new room was a little better but still very humid. The beach was far and the shuttle service only ran 2 times a day. The bathroom mat soaked up water every time. The rooms were not soundproof and you could hear both the elevator and people walking. Pros: Location Cons: The worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pressured to leave a 5-star review before being given our room at 12:00 PM, even though I had requested early check-in in advance. The hotel also required a USD 300 security deposit. At check-out, the staff claimed that we had scratched the electric cooktop and refused to return the deposit. The mark they showed us appeared old and could have existed before our stay. We did not cause any damage. We had to call the police to resolve the situation. After the
