Pros: The location. Cons: We booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos on Booking.com, and I can imagine the upstairs rooms are as nice as they appear. Unfortunately, we were assigned a ground-floor room, and our experience was completely different. When we walked in, the window shades were already pulled down, making the room feel dark, cramped, and claustrophobic. Once we opened them, we discovered the view was nothing but a brick wall. Pros: The location is great. The apartment is very good. It was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. Cons: Came to London for the first time assumed it was your general EU style adapter for power, I was wrong obviously. Learned the hard way. Phones died when we arrived at the apartment. No way to charge them. We arrived late at night after a 14-hour flight. We have to go buy an adapter or two for €10 each. The next morning. Also, a couple of bottles of water would've been a nice touch. No A/C in the master bedroom. There was a heatwave and the fan was not cooling. The A/C unit is a p
