For London prices, you absolutely cannot complain.

Pros: I felt secure staying on my own while my husband was in hospital. The doors were locked at night and sometimes during the day. Reception was manned 24 hours for any help. The cleaning was brilliant. Cons: The only downside for me were the pillows. There were only two and they were VERY firm.

Cons: The room is so small, there is no lock on the door, you can hear everything outside of your room, very far from the metro
