Great location but poorly maintained room
Pros: The location Cons: The cleanliness of the room was poor, the room was dark, we had to ask for towels and bath mats which are supposed to be provided daily

Impressions are more good than bad. But in terms of price/quality ratio, the bias is clearly towards the price. And
Pros: Location. Presence of ironing facilities in the room. Soft bed. Cons: Old renovation, wallpaper peeling off in some places in the room. Bed linen was not changed once in 4 nights. Breakfasts were not varied, but this is not a reproach, but a comparison with other hotels.

A good stay with a magnificent view of Times Square and a perfect location.
Pros: I had a good stay at the WestHouse Hotel New York. The location is ideal, a few minutes' walk from Central Park, Times Square, and subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always available. I particularly enjoyed the view from the room, directly overlooking Times Square, a real plus to enjoy the New York atmosphere. I also appreciated the hotel's tranquility despite its location in the heart of Manhattan. Cons: Overall, I had a good stay, but a few points could be improved.
