Nice and homey B&B
Our host did welcome us warmly and show us our place, we only stayed for a night for an very early start, so she offered to prepare us sandwiches. The grapes pub is just a short walk down the road and it's a great pub, highly recommend.

Pros: Breakfast at Whitecroft B&B is outstanding and very personable. Lorna prepares a wonderful breakfast as per your order the previous night. We stayed at this place while on a 6-week holiday from Australia and it suited us perfectly as we were visiting Edinburgh (by train) for the Edinburgh Tattoo. Very quiet and peaceful place with off-street parking a significant bonus. Cons: The room is small, but exactly as described. As long-term travellers, we had quite a bit of luggage with us and room size was a bit of an issue. For those who don’t have this constraint, we recommend Whitecroft B&B
