We had a very pleasant stay at Whitfield Street Residences by Aeria Apartments. The property is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, and we felt right at home in the heart of London. Apart from one small issue we encountered during our stay — which the team handled promptly, courteously, and to our full satisfaction — we have nothing but positive things to say. We had a pleasant stay and a great overall experience.
Pros: Everything was excellent and exactly as shown in the Booking listing photos and description. The apartment was newly built and had an excellent heating system. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. A good washing machine, dishwasher, and iron were all available. The stove and ventilation worked perfectly. The location was excellent with very convenient access, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafés around the apartment. Cons: The apartment does not have a vacuum cleaner, and for stays longer than three days, dust can become a bit bothersome. Only a small handheld b

Pros: Customer service, comfort, and cleanliness of the apartment, the location Cons: a small detail: the window sills are metal; when it rains, especially at night in the bedroom, the sound of the water on the metal is annoying; suggestion: put a foam covering on the bedroom window sill ;)
