Pros: Staff are so friendly and accommodating Location is lovely Cons: Looking a bit tired in places. Bathroom mirror light not working but wire hanging out. Family of 4 all crammed in one room. When arrived all beds put out and nowhere to move for comfortable relaxing area without being on a bed
Pros: Location ideal for attending summer opera festival near Bradford on Avon Cons: Not a very warm welcome, and we were informed the bar would be open after the opera until 10.30 for a nightcap but we arrived back before then to find it was shut which was disappointing. One of our duvets had a large hole in it and the bathroom furniture was in need of attention as looked very shabby. The room was very dark as overhung by a tree which would benefit from pruning so it doesn't block out the light.

Pros: Lovely property. Our welcome was lovely and we managed to get in an hour early. Our room was comfortable and clean. The outside is decorated with quirky sculptures and a well kept garden. Saying that the chessboard could do with being repaired/replaced or simply removed. The staff were really lovely and helpful, the food was delicious! Swimming pool was good, the water temperature was lovely, changing rooms had everything you need. All in all it was really lovely and we will certainly be returning, thank you! Cons: The pool room itself could do with a good deep clean and some maintena

Pros: Beautiful surroundings and the room was really clean and had all we needed for a 2 night stay, pool was lovely and really quiet when we were there. Mostly had it to ourselves. Cons: A fridge would have been an added bonus.
