A disappointment. The room was trashed, the lights didn't work, and the noise was unbearable.

Cons: - The room didn't look like the photos, not even a bit. - The bathroom light didn't work. - The sockets were exposed and broken. - Below there is a bar that makes a lot of noise. The hotel hosts know about it, and as soon as I went to reception, they told me they close it at 23:00, that by that time the noise should end. It wasn't like that, they were making noise until after 00:00.

Super convenient, comfortable, easy access.

Pros: Super convenient location. Good sized room and bathroom. All amenities required. Air conditioning. Good value for money. Super easy check-in and access. Cons: Intermittent noise from AC turning on during the night.

Great Location near Liverpool Street Station.

Pros: Great location next to Liverpool Street station. Great for catching an early train. Check-in easy Staff friendly Cons: Air conditioning unit leaking over bed headrest all night. (Check-in staff did tell us at check-in it had been faulty and repaired. We were out all day and didn’t arrive back until midnight so unable to tell staff.)

Pros: The structure is in an excellent location, two minutes from Liverpool Street (metro and bus stop, trains to and from the airport)

Pros: The structure is in an excellent location, two minutes from Liverpool Street (metro and bus stop, trains to and from the airport). The reception is open from 9 am to 9 pm, and we were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The room overall is nice and equipped with all comforts. Cons: The outer walls are completely glass, so the room tends to overheat, and to have some privacy, it is necessary to keep the curtains closed. However, there is air conditioning. I point out, especially for Italian tourists, that there is carpet on the floor.
