Pros: Great and clean rooms. Conveniently located, about 10 minutes walk from Aldgate East metro station (this metro station does not have a lift) with good connections to the city's hotspots. Not in a charming neighborhood but felt safe in the evenings (close to Shoreditch, the other way towards Whitechapel the neighborhood is less appealing). Very friendly staff and minor flaws (air conditioning set too cold and sink that didn't drain) were immediately fixed. We had an apartment that was fully equipped by efficiently using the space.
