Great stay, great staff, great value
New, modern, spacious, and clean. Great location, and every single staff member was cheerful, helpful, and friendly. A great find in a fun area of London.
Good but not as expected
Pros: The staff was nice, quick check-in, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable for sleeping Cons: Very small rooms, not like the pictures. The shower gel bottles were empty, and the water didn't drain quickly while showering. I suspect the drain is clogged and needs maintenance. I didn't like the location next to Edgware Road
Nice interior in a great location but with small rooms and little light
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, beautiful interior in rooms and lobby Cons: The rooms are very small and especially narrow. Even in a premium studio, it was not possible to get into bed from both sides. There was only one small window in the room that couldn't be opened. Therefore, the room felt extremely small, also due to the low ceiling and relatively dark. Therefore, despite the high price, this is not a room to stay in for long
Excellent
Pros: It was clean and stylish with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful. Situated in a lovely neighborhood with good connections into central London and Heathrow Cons: Nothing
