Beautiful building, fantastic breakfast - location and reception rather mediocre

Pros: The hotel looks fantastic, an architectural gem (former women's prison beautifully transformed, preserving original elements such as bars or cell doors). Reception was cool and even somewhat unfriendly. We received little explanation, the room was not ready yet, and the person at the front desk did not seem very willing to help us. We had to ask ourselves if we could go swimming, which was possible, but there were no towels or bathrobes available. No explanation was given about the building or breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of choices, a beautiful patio to sit on. At
