From the beginning to the end... I won't come back
Pros: The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Cons: First... I had to fix the TV antenna cable and was annoyed to only watch Globo... which I hate. Second... the TV remote control didn't work to turn on or off. I had to hold the shower to prevent it from falling and the water adjustment was stuck and spraying everywhere. I forgot a medicine in the bathroom and the hotel did not communicate with me until now... besides, there was a room inspection... if I had taken something, I wouldn't even leave the hotel.

A great moment lived with the family in RJ!
Pros: All accommodations and services met our expectations well. The hotel is very well located and with easy access to transportation and services. The breakfast is very good and caters to all tastes! Cons: The only downside is the comfort of the beds, which are spring mattresses, and this bothers those who are not used to it. The courtesy, education, and service of the staff are excellent.
